The deadline is real: Shopify removed Stocky from the App Store in February 2026 and will shut it down completely on
August 31, 2026. After that date, your reorder points, purchase orders, and supplier data in Stocky are gone.

The 10-minute migration checklist
- Export from Stocky while you still can — suppliers list and any open purchase orders (Stocky → Reports → export CSV). Do this today; after Aug 31 there is no export.
- Write down your reorder points for your top 20 SKUs — or skip this and let your new app suggest them from sales velocity.
- Install the replacement — products and inventory sync automatically via Shopify.
- Re-create suppliers — name + order email is all you need to send POs.
- Set thresholds — one store-wide default (e.g. 5 units) plus per-SKU overrides for your bestsellers.
- Test one alert — drop a test product's stock below its threshold and confirm the email arrives.
- Close out open Stocky POs — receive them in Stocky before the shutdown, or re-create them in your new app.
